Legal Entity: New Orleans Itineraries LLC, doing business as New Orleans Itineraries, NOI (“NOI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

Contact: hello@neworleansitineraries.com | www.neworleansitineraries.com

What We Do:

NOI is a boutique travel advisory and concierge service helping travelers (“you,” “traveler,” or “client”) plan seamless, design-driven, and memorable trips to New Orleans and beyond. We specialize in experiential travel design — connecting travelers to the city’s atmosphere, culture, architecture, and creative rhythm. While dining may be included when relevant, our focus is on immersive local experiences, logistics ease, and curated flow — not restaurant lists.

1) Contract

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) form a legally binding contract between you and New Orleans Itineraries LLC. By requesting or confirming a booking, submitting payment, signing, or clicking “I agree,” you acknowledge you’ve read, understand, and agree to this Agreement.

This Agreement incorporates all communications between you and us, all Supplier (third-party) terms, and all waivers and notices contained herein. If you book for others, you confirm you’re authorized to act for them and accept financial responsibility for the booking. You represent that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is true and accurate.

2) Scope of Services & Agency Relationship

NOI acts solely as an independent travel advisor/agent arranging travel services (“Travel Products”) provided by independent third parties (“Suppliers,” such as hotels, vacation rentals, tour operators, transportation providers, and insurance companies). We do not own, operate, manage, or control Supplier services. Each Supplier is solely responsible for its own terms, conditions, and performance. Your interaction with any Supplier is at your own risk. NOI is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, negligence, insolvency, defaults, delays, or failures of any Supplier or for events beyond our control.

3) Booking & Payment

How it works:

  1. You contact us and share your travel preferences.

  2. We outline process, fees, and timelines, then deliver a custom proposal.

  3. Upon approval, you complete required acknowledgments, authorize payment, and submit any deposits.

  4. Deposits/final payments are charged to Suppliers (unless otherwise noted). Planning/design fees are paid directly to NOI.

Important:

  • Planning/consulting fees are non-refundable and due before work begins.

  • Deposits and balances follow Supplier due dates.

  • Bookings within 60 days of departure may require full payment at booking.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of funds per Supplier policies.

4) Price & Rate Changes

Quotes are based on rates, taxes, fees, and exchange rates available at the time of quotation. Prior to final payment, prices may change due to Supplier or government increases, currency fluctuations, or fuel surcharges. Your price is locked once final payment is made to the Supplier. NOI may correct pricing errors before full payment.

5) Changes & Cancellations

By Traveler (you):

  • Changes/cancellations must be in writing to hello@neworleansitineraries.com.

  • NOI planning/consulting fees are non-refundable.

  • Administrative fees:
    • Change Fee: $25 per traveler/action
    • Cancellation Fee: $250 per traveler or booking

  • Supplier policies control all refunds/credits/penalties. Some bookings are strictly non-refundable. Credits, if any, are at the Supplier’s discretion.

By Supplier: If a Supplier cancels or materially alters your services, we’ll notify you and assist with rebooking/alternatives. NOI has no further liability for Supplier decisions, refunds, or costs.

No Refund for Unused Services: No refunds are provided for any unused portion once travel begins.

6) Force Majeure

We are not liable for loss, delay, or costs caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, weather, natural disasters, strikes, labor issues, government actions, public-health events (including epidemics/pandemics), terrorism, war, technology outages, Supplier insolvency, or other force-majeure events. Refunds are not guaranteed; where possible, we’ll assist in seeking Supplier credits/refunds.

7) Travel Protection Insurance

Travel protection insurance is strongly recommended (e.g., cancel-for-any-reason, medical, evacuation, trip interruption, baggage, Supplier default).

  • NOI is not a licensed insurance producer and cannot guarantee coverage or outcomes.

  • Direct all policy/coverage questions to the insurer/agent.

  • If you decline insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for uncovered risks and may be asked to sign an insurance waiver within 14 days of booking.

8) Traveler Documentation & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and ensure names exactly match government ID/passport. Review all confirmations carefully and report errors within 24 hours. You are responsible for all required documentation (IDs, passports, visas, vaccinations), compliance with laws and health/safety protocols, and adherence to Supplier rules. Denied boarding/access or costs due to documentation issues are your responsibility.

9) Credit Card Authorization & Chargebacks

By submitting payment, you authorize charges according to this Agreement and any Supplier terms and agree to contact us first to resolve disputes before initiating a chargeback. We may dispute improper chargebacks and seek recovery of related fees and legal costs.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOI’s total liability shall not exceed the total planning fees and/or commissions received directly from you for your booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages.

11) Assumption of Risk & Waiver

Travel carries inherent risks (transportation, activities, weather/environmental hazards, illness—including COVID-19—or injury). By booking, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless NOI and its affiliates from claims or losses arising from your travel, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NOI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your conduct.

13) Your Conduct

Suppliers may refuse service or remove any traveler who endangers safety, disrupts others, or violates rules. No refunds will be issued. You are responsible for property damage caused by you or your party and agree to pay onsite when due.

14) Health, Disabilities & Pregnancy

Disclose any disabilities, medical conditions, mobility needs, or pregnancy-related limitations before booking so we can communicate requests to Suppliers. ADA or special accommodations are not guaranteed and may be at your expense. Supplier restrictions may apply.

15) Intellectual Property & Media Use

All itineraries, guides, PDFs, digital materials, branding, and content created by NOI are intellectual property of New Orleans Itineraries LLC and may not be copied or distributed without written consent. By sharing/tagging us or providing testimonials/photos, you grant NOI a royalty-free, perpetual license to use such content in marketing. 17) Affiliate Disclosure

We may recommend third-party travel services through affiliate or commissionable partnerships (e.g., experiences, accommodations, insurance providers, transportation, or cruise companies). We may receive compensation at no additional cost to you. Our recommendations are based on professional judgment and alignment with NOI’s ethos.

Waiver of Class Actions/Jury Trial: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

20) Severability & Modifications
